- Employee Wellness Manager. Kelly Industrial has a dedicated Employee Wellness Manager, who is available to help Flexi Employees with any personal problems they might have. This includes topics like HIV/Aids, sexual harassment, trauma, hi-jacking, marital problems etc. All information is kept private and confidential.
