Outsourcing: Kelly Industrial can supply bulk recruitment to Clients on an ongoing basis to ensure that our Clients remained focused on their core business. This enables our Clients to drive productivity and efficiencies through outsourcing their workforce.
Contingent Staffing: Clients may from time to time require additional staff as a result of absenteeism, seasonal peaks, maternity/paternity leave, annual leave or sick leave. Kelly Industrial can supply Flexi Employees to Clients on an ad hoc basis at short notice.
Temp to Perm: Clients may employ a Flexi Employee on a temporary basis to ensure that the right cultural and skill fit is realized with the company. Should the Client be satisfied with this fit, the Client can opt to employ the Flexi Employee on a permanent basis.
Permanent Recruitment: Kelly Industrial facilitates the entire recruitment process to enable Clients to employ Flexi Employees on a full time permanent basis.
